CUSTOMERS COME FIRST AT DEVONSHIRE MOTORS


The Barnstaple-based award-winning Mitsubishi dealership has responded to customer feedback by having a redesign to increase the amount of parking spaces available for customer parking. Not only that but the parking area has also been made more visible to add to customer convenience.

Dealer Principal Nathan Tomlinson said: ‘We’ve always taken the view that our customers needs come first and although there are limitations, if there is anything we can do to make customers feel more at home, comfortable or welcome then we are going to put that right at the top of our list of priorities’


‘Parking availability for customers is something that we’ve been wanting to improve for a while– it was simply a matter of being in a position to do something about it.’

Nathan added: ‘Our aim is to allow anyone who wants to visit us to be able to do so as easily as possible, and even though we have made as much space as possible we still say “Park anywhere that you feel comfortable, there is no wrong place to park when you are coming to see us”’

‘We have an ongoing commitment to customer care and this is just one example of that. We’ve also upgraded our facilities for waiting customers so that they can spend time here in comfort watching TV, using our free Wi-Fi and enjoying a coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate or whatever else they fancy.’
